Fourthane Black Line 5611
It is a fast-curing polymeric compound of two components, 100% solids, formulated based on epoxies reinforced with fine particles of ceramic and silicon carbide, specially designed to protect from abrasion, specially formulated for lining ducts, chutes, caissons subjected to the abrasion of pulps and tailings applied in thicknesses of 3 to 10 mm. Highly abrasion resistant coating: Estimated curing time 2 hours depending on the ambient temperature.
