Fourthane Silver Line
It is a two-component polymer putty with resistance to abrasion and impact. Used in concentrator plants for mill repairs. SAG, balls, screens, chutes, among others.
- Thixotropic epoxy – does not run on vertical walls.
- To coat parts and components against impact and abrasion such as:
- Excellent adhesion on metal, concrete, ceramics and rubber.
- Reinforced with rubber beads.
To coat parts and components against impact and abrasion such as:
- SAG Mills; Shell caulking, Feed cover, Discharge cover and cylinder, Pulp Lifter, Discharge cone, Feed trunnion, Discharge trunnion, Trunnion liner, Trommel structure, Lifter and hardware protection, and Carry wheel.
- Lateral screen structures.
- Discharge chutes.
Estimated functional curing time 4 to 6 hours depending on the ambient temperature.
